A number of the balance conservation law equations is equal to a number of desired physical quantities that specify the material system. And as the physical quantities are related to each other (this connection is executed by the function that specifies the system state), then the set of the equations proved to be overdetermined one. Under some additional conditions that are determined by properties of the material system, it is possible to find a conjugate form of the equations, and it is an indicator of a creation of the physical structures. And in the material system this reveals as some formations: fluctuations, pulsations, waves, vortices and so on.
