The
propagadition of waves of finite amplitude in ultrasonic resonators with planar
piezoelectric transdusers is researched. An analytical expression for
amplitude-frequency characteristic of ultrasonic resonators is found on the
basis of solution to the equation of nonlinear waves in dissipation medium and
to the equations of piezoelectric effect. The achieve results will give a
possibility to evaluate the influence of nonlinear effects on the accuracy of
ultrasonic measurements in the 0.1 to 1 MHz range and can be used for
calculation of nonlinear parameter of research medium.
