Results
of experimental investigations of nonlinear wave propagation in water solutions
of D-glucose in a range of frequencies 1,5-150 MGz, concentration 0,01; 0,025
and 0,05 m.s., pressure 0,1-200 MPa and temperatures 293 - 363 K are presented.
The nonlinear properties of D-glucose solutions are investigated by methods of
acousto-optics and acoustic resonance. The influence of the dissolved gas and
intensity of an acoustic wave on nonlinear parameters is investigated. The
experimental data are analysed in the frameworks of the relaxation theory both
models of structure of water and water solutions.
