The
report deals with current and prospective acoustic parametric transducers
intended for borehole geophysics. Characteristics are of various generator
devices and acoustic transducers are presented with capability of non-linear
action on an area located nearby a hole bottom. Possible mechanisms of action
on fluid-saturated hard rocks are described as well as analytical estimations
of acoustic pressure at difference frequencies carried out by method of wave
fronts for various hard rocks.
