Detecting and measurement of parameters: intense beams of charged particles in accelerators' laboratories, showers of particles in cosmic rays, separate high-energy particles - is possible to make in water volumes, using conventional measuring hydrophones with applying of new means and algorithms of processing of hydroacoustic signals. The estimations of threshold sensitivity obtained on the basis of laboratory and open sea measurements, including held recently are resulted. The special attention is given  to metrological assurance, the concept of a decrease of instrumental errors of measurements is formulated.
