In real acoustic and hydro-dynamical fields of a cavity pulse and simultaneously move is forward under action of gradients of pressure. Is investigated diffusion of gas in a pulsing cavity driven is forward. Are decided in common equation of convectional diffusion in individual derivative both equation of radial and forward movement in ordinary derivative. The task is decided by a method of mobile potentials. The analysis of the received results shows, that convectional the members connected to forward movement, accelerate process directed diffusion, and the radial pulsation of a cavity accelerates convectional diffusion. Is established, that because of forward movement the growth of germs in real sound or hydro-dynamical non-uniform fields can occur much more intensively, than it is predicted with the theory which is not taking into account gradients of pressure and forward movement bubbles.
